Hawthorn Hill Poultry

Over the past 25 years or so I've had a wonderful assortment of breeds. For one reason or another I no longer raise the breeds featured on this page, but I still miss some of my long-time favourites. 

I was a serious breeder of Buff Orpingtons from 2011 to 2022. It was a beautiful line that won their share of awards. 
 

I had Buff Ducks for four years before deciding that, although playful and charismatic, ducks were just not my thing.
 

Blue Andalusians and Buff Cochins were both amazing and awe-inspiring breeds...and difficult to let go of. 

So here's to those special birds from the past - gone but not forgotten!
